Control panels that give the customer endless possibilities.
We manufacture different types of control panels to give our customers maximum freedom of design and configuration options.
When designing, attention was paid to the compact shape and ergonomics required by the client, which can be expanded with additional modules or extension elements.
The modular design allows for individual configuration with joysticks, displays and command devices.
We use steel sheet (material thickness 1/1,5 mm), plastic polycarbonate, plastic polyester housing as base profiles. Prediction IP54, IP65 painting RAL 7032 pebble-grey textured varnish, RAL 7035 fair-grey, RAL 7000 grey, RAL 9011 black.
External dimensions (mm) described as (WxLxH) are from 200 x 200 x 92 (120 x 122 x 105) to 260 x 600 x 105 (250 x 600 x 120). We often combine housings from several geometric shapes, which create a modular shape, thus providing the customer with a wide variety of work spaces and aggregate placement options.
One of the best examples is the “Control panel C1”, which was created directly after several customer experiments and the development of special products. We often recommend this console as a base console and the possibility to build on its work surface, which will be individually adapted to the needs of each operator.
The basic parameters are defined for the standard product, but these parameters can be improved according to the customer’s needs.
