From standard to specialized – customized precisionOur standard product program includes customer-specific individual and special solutions, focusing on quality at an appropriate cost ratio. Depending on your needs, we offer a complete development process. The customization of the product, both electrically and mechanically, requires an in-depth study of the final product. Tell us your requirements for your application and we will create the right product for you.Together with you we compile individual solutions with or without product finishing – at your option. We offer feasibility studies, development and project planning as well as testing of sample parts and series. From the project planning until the start of serial production – we will stand at your side.
Own toolmaking, mould design and constructionWe have our own toolmaking, equipment-, mould and die construction which form the basis of our pre-fabrication. The pre-fabrication includes besides of the fine mechanical metalworking also the production of injection mouldings. Upon request, prototypes and preseries will be manufactured directly and quickly in our factory. Requests for modification can promptly be realized.
Development and production in our factoryAll steps from the first contact beyond the development of the product until the start of series production are effected within our company. Everything is handled in optimised processes. This saves time and you only have one contact person who is looking after all issues.

- Angle and position detection with lowest torque, e.g. as wind direction sensor.
The product line of the low torque resistors stands out due to the extremely low torque of 0,003 Ncm, by which they can be adjusted very sensitively. In order to achieve this torque, the contact pressure of the tapper on the winding is kept as low as possible. The variable resistors consist of a wound resistance wire and a slider, which is coupled to the needle shaft of the measuring device by a clutch system. For tapper and winding only noble-metal alloys with high corrosion resistance are used.
The series F25 provides a long life and is particularly well suited for the use in measuring instruments with pointer function. The model series F25Z is especially manufactured for this application area.
For the Low Torque Resistors we are offering clutch forks and clutch levers as accessories. A measuring transducer with output signal 0/4…20mA or 0…10VDC is additionally integrable.

Limit Switch
The limit switch of subminiature size has a toggle-spring mechanism with a corrosion resistant helical tension spring. The actuation is effected by a roller lever with low actuation force. Two switch types are available for low-voltage current (gold contacts) and for output power applications (silver contacts).
