Parallel shaft gearboxes
Industrial gearboxes are designed and constructed to be coupled, normally to an electric motor and generally they are the main components of lifting winches.
Gearboxes can be built in several configurations in order to be fit for different operating needs. Since the design phase, we offer several accessories for its gearboxes different construction configurations and variations of assembly, which provide the solutions for a wide range of transmission applications.
Feature
Gear ratios for triple reduction.
- Gear ration: 40, 45, 50, 56, 63, 71, 80, 90, 100
- Normal torque (daNm): 290, 320, 350, 400, 450
- Gear ration: 40, 45, 50, 56, 63, 71, 80, 90, 100
- Normal torque (daNm): 360, 400, 450
Gear ratios for quadruple reduction.
- Gear ration: 112, 125, 140, 170
- Normal torque (daNm): 280, 320, 360, 400, 450
It is possible to supply gearboxes with gear ratio different from the standard values which are shown above.
Output shaft dimensions
- Standard output connection for the lifting gearboxes is a shaft with keyway (UNI 6604) designed to transmit the nominal torque relevant to be selected size.
Input shaft dimensions
- Input shaft has a standard length, which ensure the resistance to fatigue and to rotating bending.
Drum flange
- In case then output shaft is produced with a grooved profile according to DIN 5480. The connection between gearbox shaft and flange is available for gearboxes up to the size 360.
Technical benefits
Medium sound pressure
All gearboxes supplied by MAA intelengineering SIA are designed and bult following quality standards that ensure a low level of the acoustic emissions. The sound pressure, measured during no load tests at one meter (1m) from the gearbox and without reverberation, has been in all cases lower than 85 dB(A).
